Describe the bug:
Time Elemental does not deal 5 damage to controller if it attacks of blocks.

Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If Time Elemental attacks or blocks it should be sacrificed at the end of the combat phase and its controller should be dealt 5 damage.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Time Elemental is also not sacrificed at end of combat when it attacks or blocks.
