Portal: 3 kingdoms and Portal: Second Age are missing the ":" in booster-prices.txt.
Portal, Portal 2 and Portal 3K has a booster box price defined but no booster box in boosterboxes.txt to go with it.

Not really a bug but a feature that seems to be missing recently.
Banishing Light doesn't display which card it exiled (at least not where it used to do that), which can cause problems when multiple Banishing Light are on the battlefield and you have to sacrifice or bounce one of them.

On that note, yet probably more appropriate as feature request. Another issue is displaying "summoning sickness" on non-creature permanents. Unless you actively keep track of Card-IDs, it isn't clear which permanent recently entered the battlefield. I assume i'm not the only person to ever accidently cast Tezzeret's Touch on the very Darksteel Citadel i just played, tapping the non-summoning-sick Darksteel Citadel in the process.

AI played Confiscate on my Plains. I played Confiscate on their Confiscate, assuming that means I get my Plains back. But the Plains is still under their control - even though I control both Confiscate attached to it.
Unless I know the rules wrong, this is a bug and the Plains should be mine.

The Shauku challange in the Mirage world is crashing because it spelled Teferi's Isle wrong (Teferi's Island was in the file instead).

Enigma Sphinx triggers its ability when it dies, but I've never seen the ability do anything upon resolving. Instead of going into my library, the Enigma Sphinx stays in the graveyard. It doesn't seem to matter how or when the Sphinx dies, but here's a recent example:

1) I played Enigma Sphinx on my turn.
2) AI played Pinion Feast on his turn, targeting Enigma Sphinx.
3) Enigma Sphinx died.
4) Enigma Sphinx triggered.
5) I selected to auto-yield to the ability and it resolved.
6) Enigma Sphinx was still in my graveyard.

Some HOU bugs I noticed on the mobile version (that I presume are in both versions):

Sidewinder Naga gets its bonus no matter what.
Majestic Myriarch gets all bonuses regardless of other creatures on bf.
Wretched Camel is a 2/4 instead of 2/1.
Obelisk Spider has haste, flying,and first strike.

I'm not able to activate the channel ability of Ghost-Lit Nourisher, which is strange because the ability works on the other cards in the cycle like Ghost-Lit Redeemer.
