How to play Conspiracy game mode?

I'm getting a really bad time trying to play with conspiracy cards, I found out that there are all conspiracy cards to choose in deck build option, but how to make them active in play?

Yes but what set do we have to choose in order to play with the conspiracy cards?
I don't see the conspiracy sets in the draft
