Thx for the feedback and all the help on the incomplete stuff. Updated the post to a link to Dropbox so I don't have to update zips.

So at this point, what are we missing other than the incompletes in Dathorin's set?

For set symbols, I didn't immediately notice anything other than upcoming sets - basically everything currently here except for HOU. Not that we know what the gradients on any of them should look like yet. I'll be posting an alternate Weatherlight symbol with solid uncommons/rares/mythics once I re-create it; I only have a raster version.
For watermarks, we're missing all of the original versions of the Ravnica guilds - a few are in Incompletes/, but all except I think Dimir are different from the RTR versions - and all ten from Tarkir block.
Experience counters and the original Innistrad sun/moon indicators to round out the Symbols/ directory, I suppose. Though those don't really lend themselves well to vectorization.

I have the Day/Night already vectorized
Also have the colored spark symbols
Have rasters for Ixalan (XLN)
, Rivals of Ixalan (RIX)
, Explorers of Ixalan (E02)
in all gradients but haven't started converting them yet.
I think I have EPS of the Tarkir guilds somewhere, I'll see if I can find and convert them to SVG.

The reason I said Day/Night wouldn't vectorize well is because neither is a solid color. At least they don't vary by their underlying card's color, like Spark does.
Speaking of which, the Spark svg I posted (and I assume the one in Dathorin's compilation is the same) shouldn't actually need different versions; just render it over different backgrounds.

You're right, there is a strange pattern that will be hard to duplicate.

When you´re a goblin, you don´t have to step forward to be a hero -- everyone else just has to step back.

Converted and integrating the new symbols, flipped a gradient on the common Coldsnap reprint as it is backwards on the cards.
Missing watermarks added to incomplete folder
Finished some MBS watermarks, Thoughts?

The actual Mirrodin watermarks had textures in them, but maybe that doesn't matter in this case. They also appeared on two-colored cards as 50/50 blends. I think they are already implemented in Ahkren's fork of the HQ Card Generator App. @Ahkren please consider adding a link to you sig.

All the images I have in HQCG are rasterized at the moment. Haven't yet gotten to adding code to implement svg yet.

So I really took an interest in a different thread about turning the vectors into single files. I personally would like to add them to the collection. So far I've done LEA-9ED and Blank and realized this is going to suck up my life if I do it by myself.
If anyone wishes to assist i'd be grateful. I prefer to use the R.svg for each symbol for the path, size, and gradient data as I have discovered that some files differ between (R.svg and M.svg) vs (U.svg and T.svg); which is a consistency error I will address overtime.
Finished items are in the ~Optimized folder for examples. Mainly the size, gradient data, and path information just need transferred over. Some files need their path ungrouped through Inkscape to properly scale the path and gradient data; another inconsistency I will address overtime

The filled-in versions of Weatherlight and Portal that Manalink uses, because I don't like the way they look when just the outlines are colored. (Arabian Nights and Tempest have the same problem, but to a much lesser extent; they're both less jarring at final rendering size, and both include filled-in parts too, so I left them as-is.)
The common versions are untouched. If you're the sort of person who looks at svg source data, you'll want to restrain yourself for the others; they're an awful mess.

...though, it belatedly occurs to me to look at the versions on Gatherer, which I think are what got me to make filled-in versions the first time.
Going all-black on the interior doesn't look like it would work well on the classic frames (for all that I did exactly that with the Portal symbols), and the rare coloring looks off, but the vertical gradients are a clearly better idea than my radial ones. I'll see about making some new svgs. edit: Howzis?
I'm much less impressed with Gatherer's versions of the uncommon/rare Portal icons:
