Wildest Dreams crash fixed also in commit 3936db6f. But now the other bug that doesn't fetch the targeted cards to your hand become known.

Fixed in commit 35f3b5f6. Also make it honor rule:
9/20/2016 If each target card is an illegal target as Wildest Dreams resolves, Wildest Dreams doesn’t resolve and is put into its owner’s graveyard. It’s not exiled.
