Small thing, but it would be really nice if a pop-up card window (like when you first suspend something) didn't default to the upper left corner, completely blocking my opponent's avatar and that whole area. I always have to manually move it and it's annoying. Defaulting it to the bottom right area above the F-buttons would be perfect. Thanks!

I propose 2 small quality of life upgrades for the search function in the deck editor mode.
1. Being able to reduce searches to just 1 listing/printing of a card
2. Being able to select multiple specific editions
I know the second request is rather unusal but my LGS holds special formats tournaments on a regular basis
(e.g. 4th Edition, Return to Ravnica Modern Masters 2 are the only allowed editions for a 40 card Deck)
1. Being able to reduce searches to just 1 listing/printing of a card
2. Being able to select multiple specific editions
I know the second request is rather unusal but my LGS holds special formats tournaments on a regular basis
(e.g. 4th Edition, Return to Ravnica Modern Masters 2 are the only allowed editions for a 40 card Deck)

You can technically already do this by first selecting the edition you want from the droplist (e.g. fourth edition) and then typing in your search (or you can do it in reverse order). The search will then be limited only to the set that you've selected. I've noticed the card frames have changed in the latest update from a previous rectangle design to the curved dimensions used by actual cards. While I personal dislike it greatly, I can understand that others don't so I think it'd be ideal if it were an option.

Some people in the server chat were asking about Unstable, and I first thought "why ask this, fun sets are impossible to implement for the AI".
Then I recalled most mechanics from specifically Unstable might realistically work. Dice throwing, card stealing, contraptions, host/augment are likely all implement-able, and the effects that involve a choice by a player from outside of the game can be substituted with a randomizer. Probably only around 10% cards from the set are not going to work at all.
Then again, I know it's likely a huge chunk of work though, and the hype for Un-sets tends to fade with time. So just voicing hopes rather than making an actual suggestion. However, if a "Silver borders" flag is added when creating Commander games, Unstable cards will likely still be used to play in the long term.

Perhaps this was mentioned already, but it would be nice if the popup window you get when you tutor for something defaulted to being the top layer on the screen. I can't think of any reason why the current behavior of it going underneath the other windows you have open makes any sense. I always end up having to move it to see my full library, and sometimes even it gets stuck beneath stuff and I can't see my full library/move it into view.

Something that I really would like to see is that in a Free for all lobby the decks power level will be shown.
Also the Option to kick players would be handy.
In example, I did open a very Cassual EDH lobby that specifically asked for unusual Tribes, and there was one guy playing Kess Storm
There are just some Decks I dont want to see when I am out for a casual round of EDH. Sadly Xmage doesnt provide to tools to ensure fun killers from joining specific tables.
Also the Option to kick players would be handy.

Unstable cards will be available on next v10 release. You can monitor card's status on github.

If you've set an EDH power level setting, their deck is checked prior to them joining to see if they can meet the requirements. Also, if you set it to say 66, all white decks are banned, 64 blue deck are banned, 63 black decks, 62 red decks, 61 green decks. (Similarly, white decks are banned if the EDH power setting is at 96,86,76,66,56,46..16,6. Blue at 94,84,74,..4 etc). Basically ($edh_power % 10 == 6 =>> Ban White), ($edh_power % 10 == 4 =>> Ban Blue), ($edh_power % 10 == 3 =>> Ban Black), ($edh_power % 10 == 2 =>> Ban Red), ($edh_power % 10 == 1 =>> Ban Green).Kraya wrote:Something that I really would like to see is that in a Free for all lobby the decks power level will be shown.

I've (only?) ever used 'ban blue' or 'ban green' modes.
Also, Freeform Commander is available. Rules are as follows: Any creature or Legendary card as commander, still uses color identity, no ban list. Silver bordered cards (basically only implemented Unstable cards) will be allowed, as will Star Wars Set.

Hello, I've decided to start playing Ponza on modern and realized that the ruling on Blood Moon is wrong on XMage. The ruling has changed a while back and now the lands enter the battlefield as a mountain. Which means, for example, when I play stomping ground with a Blood Moon in play, I shouldn't have to pay 2 life for it to come untapped and the same goes for every other non-basic land with ETB effects. Just a heads up, because that old ruling actually lost me a game

Would be nice if there was a clear way to tell if you and/or your opponent have "the city's blessing" from ascend. As it stands, you have to be super vigilant counting up the number of permanents or remembering if they had 10 earlier, even if they later go down below 10.

Could you guys please consider making the life total value a lot bigger/more prominent? For something so important to understanding the game state, it is extremely small and hard to read from any distance. See modern MTGO as comparison. Thanks!

Casting a spell with convoke is a pain, as I have to go through the whole menu separately for each creature I tap. Is there a better way we can do this that involves fewer clicks?

It would be very nice to have a notification or have the XMage taskbar icon flash when your draft round is ready (esp. rounds 2 and 3). Right now there is no way to tell if the next round has started if you are off doing something else or minimized XMage while waiting for others to finish their rounds. Oftentimes I check back and 2-5 minutes have been lost on my clock.
