[fixed]Cackling Witch ability cost is wrong

Describe the Bug:
1- Cackling Witch ability cost is wrong it charges {1}

and

that can only be paid by black mana (it correctly taps and Discard a card).
2- legacy card doesn't count the correct value for x.
Which card did behave improperly?
Cackling Witch

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Discard a card:
2- legacy card counts the correct value for x.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit b3ac3f7b.
