The Ice Age version of coldsteel heart freezes the game.

Tried to cast this 2+ times and everytime the game froze saying the other player has to decide, while on the other computer I had to pass priority.

Ok, this one is not so clear cut, but I'm getting a TON more games getting stuck than usual, specifically when in the process of tapping land for mana, and rollbacks do not always fix it. For example, when I cast Quirion Elves, I could tap 1 Forest but not the second land. The game just wouldn't let me tap the mana. I could still chat with my opponent and click on other game elements, but the land wouldn't tap. Same thing later in the game when I tried to activate the triggered ability of Dromar, the Banisher.

Found 2 bugs.
First with Xenagos, the Reveler :
I had 4 Plant creature tokens (made from Nissa, Voice of Zendikar) and Xenagos, the Reveler on the battlefield. When I did his +1 (Add X mana in any combination of red and/or green to your mana pool, where X is the number of creatures you control.) I got zero mana from it, when i should of got 4.
Second with Oath of Nissa :
I had Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and Oath of Nissa on the battlefield with enough cards on the battle field to generate 4 green devotion. So I made 4 green mana. Then I tried to cast Gideon Jura but the game asked me for white mana when I tried to use the 4 green mana I had already made with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. So since Oath of Nissa was on the battlefield I should of been able to use the 4 green as any color for plainswalkers but I couldn't.

When do you plan to implement Blood Moon changes? Multiple people already told you about this, it's a pretty impactful rule change.
jeffwadsworth: The dependency layering is not trivial and may not be fixed any time soon. There was a dev working on it, but that was a while ago.

I have now had XMage break in two consecutive games (Modern, Casual, Unrated, 2 Wins, 40 Minutes) where it told both players the other one had priority, thus locking up the game.
In the first game, my opponent had Plains/Plains/Thalia, Guardian of Thraben in play and I had Forest/Forest/Lotus Cobra in play. I played a second Lotus Cobra, then played a Flooded Strand - the game locked up with the two Cobra triggers on the stack; neither of us could respond to them.
The second game, my opponent had Swamp/Swamp/RB Land?/Bloodghast/Rakdos Keyrune, and I had Plains/Forest/Horizon Canopy/Oath of Nissa/Voice of Resurgence/Lotus Cobra. I played Saheeli Rai, used her -2 to copy Lotus Cobra, played a fetch land, and the game locked up again with both Cobra triggers on the stack.
Those two circumstances feel pretty similar, so I'm guessing it was the Cobra triggers that broke it.

Baron Von Count and I assume perhaps other silver-bordered cards are playable/legal in XMage right now for the Duel Commander format, when in fact they should not be legal.

Lotus Cobra bugged 3 times this morning on me (consecutively). After resolving a cobra the first landfall trigger would attempt to pass priority between me and opponent but would get stuck. I would see their timer counting down, they would see my timer counting down, neither of us would have any prompt / confirmation box to click.

XMage wouldn't let me tap my Birds of Paradise to pay for Voice of Resurgence (and then froze up the game entirely) - this is the game just post-concession (at which point, it tapped the first bird I'd clicked). Notice that post-concession, it still wants me to pay mana.

If you cast Meddling Mage, you get disconnected from the server, then returned to the game in progress. You will discover that Meddling Mage is on "null". Happened in all three games I tried to cast it.

Master Thief is supposed to gain control of an artifact on ETB. Instead, it gains control of an artifact when it attacks.

Myself and several other players have run into an issue where many cards that will bring up a window to make a choice such as turnabout or mana rocks that produce multiple colors will cause the game to freeze up where your only option to get out of it is to conceed

Try latest developer versions (500 MB).
