Images downloaded but nowhere to be found

Hello,

Ever since I downloaded the most recent version, I hit download, wait for everything to download, but then the program reverts to say that all images are missing. When you download the images, where do they go?

Also I get the error when downloading the symbols:

"Download of Ufrom HTTP caused errorjavenetProtocolException: Server redirected too many times (20)"

What can I do? ):
