Tree of Perdition and Tree of Redemption vs Lich.

Describe the Bug:
If Tree of Perdition and Tree of Redemption are with Lich in play if you exchange life their toughness becomes the number of permanents of the player with Lich.
Which card did behave improperly?
Tree of Perdition and Tree of Redemption? Lich?
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If Tree of Perdition and Tree of Redemption are with Lich in play if you exchange life their toughness becomes 0 as that players life.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
