Help with XMage setup - password and connecting to server

I'm new to XMage and I'm still struggling with the setup. Does anyone know how I change my password? I want to get rid of that automatic one I was given. Also, I've been unable to connect to a server. I've tried the European one and the US one. Both have said 'connecting', then told me that they couldn't connect and the servers are probably offline. I've tried multiple times over the past few hours. Are these servers often offline, or am I doing something wrong?

It's now not letting me try to connect at all, saying my username and password are incorrect - I've tried both the password I was given in the confirmation email and the password I chose when registering. When I click the 'forgot password' option and put in my email address, it tells me there's no account registered under that email address. I registered again, and it said successful (though it didn't send me another confirmation email on top of the one I got when I registered the first time), only to return the same - wrong username and password, then no account registered.
I've got version 1.4.31V4; is this a defective/buggy version or something? Not really sure what's going on...

Well... too I have the same problem...
when try to connect, recognize me 15 matches, but don't connect.
As if I were new player....
Any suggestion?

There happened an unclear problem with user db.
I don't understand the reason for the problem.
As I anyway intended to clean up user and saved records db it's a good oportunity to restart with an empty database.
So register your account again and try to connect.

Yah, I can't seem to connect or even re-register a new account. Seems to affecting both servers. Any eta?

I've tried multiple times over the past few days, and it's still not working. I'm not sure what to do; do I talk to the developer, or just wait for a fix, etc.?
