New Japanese Promo

To be released on May 25, 2019, Kadokawa published a comic: "Destroy all of humanity. It can't be regenerated" This comic included an exclusive foil Diabolic Edict promo in Japanese. Diabolict Edict was previously released as an English Arena League promo in 2001.
