Randomly generate decks which follows a format.

Is there a way for Forge to randomly generate decks that conforms to a particular format such as Modern ?
I am asking this as most of my decks are Modern, and the AI decks tend to include Vintage cards which is overpowered sometimes

Isn't there a specific deck generation drop down in constructed mode that does this?
