[fixed all]In the Eye of Chaos charge cmc when cast from gy

Describe the Bug:
In the Eye of Chaos charges cmc to instant spells cast from graveyard when cast (and then correctly prompts for cmc when in stack)tested to cards with retrace and flashback ability (probably affects all cards not cast from hand).
E.g Try to cast Oona's Grace from graveyard, with In the Eye of Chaos in play.You are prompt to pay {5}

=

normal cost + {3}

cmc cost charged from In the Eye of Chaos and additional cost discard a land.Then when the spell goes to stack it prompts for {3}

cmc to not counter the spell.

In the Eye of Chaos

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
In the Eye of Chaos prompts for cmc to instants not cast from hand only in stack like it does when instant cards are cast from hand and not when you pay the cost of the spell.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Now in dev 778ccb5 version it doesn't trigger to prompt to pay mana at all when spell is cast. Invoke Prejudice & Nether Void that I tested with similar effects "counter spell unless pay" were similarly bugged. Probably all others are bugged too.

The bad charge of cmc had already been fixed previously and so did the no trigger/prompt, for all the cards with this function.
Fixed now that it countered the spell even if you paid the x cost from In the Eye of Chaos in commit f4220b27. Fixed also the same issue for Invoke Prejudice in same commit.
