[fixed]Magma Mine need 8 mana to put counter & more

Describe the Bug:
1- Magma Mine asks for {4}

mana before you select which ability you want to activate.This happens even when you have not enough mana to activate the first ability to put a counter on it.Then you have to pay another {4}

mana if you select to put a counter on it for a total of {8}

.For the 2nd ability if you cancel to pay the first {4}

mana (same happens if you pay them) then you are prompt to select target.I guess this bug is that makes AI always to sacrifice it without having counters on it and never put counters on it,too.
2- The second ability doesn't tap Magma Mine just sacrifices it.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Magma Mine
2- The second ability taps Magma Mine and then sacrifices it.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed in commit 6401f29f.
