Yes, the 200dpi are cropped and saved at lower quality to support the low Res download for Forge (which adds a border in game)

The only promo that has a third printing is Colossoficantion, the other's that have third printing are the Godzilla series

The quality of the pictures have really improved. I can even say that I prefer to use those upscaled pictures rather than HQ scans, because I find the cards much cleaner and they are all exactly the same size. So once again, thx Austinio7116.
