[fixed]Battle at the Bridge - Play Normally doesnt work

Describe the Bug:
Battle at the Bridge works if Improvised, but doesnt if you play normally (similar to Whir of Invention)
Which card behaved improperly?

Yes, same bug as with Whir of Invention.
