Dragon's Approach deals its 3 damage but does not let me activate the second part od the card.

In a multiplayer game I had Conspicuous Snoop in play and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker on top of my library. I made a copy of snoop using kiki-jiki ability. I went to the end step and the token sacrifice went to the stack. I made another copy.
During opponents end step there was no trigger to sacrifice the token. I still made a token. After creating the token my previous was sacrificed (as it should be per rules) there just was no trigger on the stack. This happened at each endstep

Ghoulraiser let me choose the card to return, instead of it being random

AI cannot foresee Powerstone Minefield or Lightmine Field prior to attacking.

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth doesn't seem to be enabled on a permanent that has been enchanted with Song of the Dryads. I believe it should?

Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist only allows 1 opponent to block with 1 creature, instead of each opponent being able to block with 1 creature. I believe it is treating all respective opponents as a single entity.

I brought Plague Engineer into play, choosing Elves, and it did not provide -1/-1 against any elves that came into play from my opponent. Any help in correcting this would be great. Thank you.

My opponent had Propaganda and a copy of Propaganda on his field. When I tried to attack with a single creature, I was asked which Propaganda to resolve first. I picked one of them, then paid 2, and was then asked again which one to resolve. I chose the other one and paid for it, but was then asked again which one to resolve, even though paying twice should be enough. I even tried paying for a third time, but was then prompted a fourth time. No matter what I did (cancelling the payment and trying again), it kept asking me to pay 2 an infinite amount of times, even after having paid twice. I'm certain I was only attacking with a single creature.

I have managed to repeat this bug 3 consecutive games in a row, all 3 with 3 AI, 1 Human, Commander.
Selvala, Heart of the Wilds is the commander of my deck, and was the only consistent card out all 3 times this occurred. The normal computer decision delay I have selected (AI level 1) stops working and AIs are able to hold priority for 30 seconds. They hold priority every single phase change or card cast: casting spells, tapping for abilities or mana, and attacking are all lag filled and cumbersome.
After waiting the 90 seconds between phases the computer timers reset. This seems to be tied to Selvala and this particular mono-green deck. Screenshot attached.

As demonstrated in the screenshot below, 5 human players, commander. Nicol Bolas, the Deceiver's +3 ability (each player loses 3 life unless they discard a card or sacrifice a nonland permanent) only seems to have hit a single player? Not sure why that is occurring.
