Hello all,i need help downloading the LQ pics, because when i'm trying to do that an error message appears:
`
Detailed error trace:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: res\pics\mountain.jpg (The system cannot find the path specified)
`

Make sure that your Forge folder has a folder named "pics" located inside of the folder named "res".

I was consistently getting that error yesterday with the HQ pics. Definately had a res/pics directory.

I decided to wait and try again around midnight local time and they downloaded without issue.

Maybe try again later?

I'm uploading the LQ pics for the MTG Forge for anyone who faces performance issues:
http://rapidshare.com/files/339292099/pics.rar
I will upload it to mediafire in the near future..
p.s.The morph image is not included

Hmm... Grouping in the display seems a bit odd. For instance, I played an Honor of the Pure, then a Crusade, then two more Honor of the Pure. The last two were shown in a single pile, but the first was in a different one.

But anyway, performance has priority -- Forge grows slower and slower as I play, and exiting and rerunning it many times is a hassle. I'm looking forward to playing a marathon without memory leaks. =P~

EDIT: Along with storm spells, Kithkin Rabble overcounts by one -- does this bug occur with any multiplication/'for every' effect?
-- freestorageaccount (= accurate forge notes) This is not a subliminal message. At least for the prosilver theme.

The Great Wall of Bugs. Gando, you will not be forgotten.

I'm not getting the Kithkin Rabble bug... it seems to be correct everytime (it does count the Rabble itself). Storm is definitely bugged.

Either Kithkin Rabble or I can't count (but I don't think I can confidently rule out the latter possibility any longer  ): http://www.mediafire.com/file/ulnyzyydnio/Forge0117KithkinRabble.jpg (93 kB and about as small as possible while still being complete; also accessible from now on via http://www.mediafire.com/freestorageaccount). Note that I have 13 life points but the figure in the display was clipped so it appears as '3' -- I'm not sure why the same didn't happen for the computer's 16, though there is(n't) a bit cut off.

If the AI attacks with a creature stolen by Sower of Temptation, bumping off the Sower doesn't remove my original creature from combat and I still get hit. I haven't tested this phenomenon for a vigilant creature in order to see whether or not it can block, but I wouldn't be surprised by some weird wacky happenings.

EDIT: Also, since when was the deck editing screen unable to be maximised any longer?

Ah, well that looks correct... 4/4 because of the Crusade, right ?

By the way, do you at least get the creature back though if you get rid of the Sower?

D'oh, you're right. I thought I counted to three without managing to make mistakes along the incredibly long way and I succeeded for once, but this time I should've counted to three plus one  .

Yes, the creature does return to you and the Sower of Temptation doesn't harm you, but the same is not true for your creature, them there treacherous things.

I have managed to finally download all of the HQ pics even though I am a dinosaur who is still using a slow speed modem dial up connection.

I enjoy playing with the HQ card pics, they are a nice addition. At one time, Rob created a jpg pic for the mana pool. I moved this LQ mana pool pic over to my Forge copy which now has the HQ pics. And Rob's mana pool looks good even though it is scaled up to a larger size by the new code.

This pic can be easily used as either a LQ or as a scaled up HQ pic. Looks good either way.

We have a lot of new people who would enjoy Rob's pic. Save the attached pic below and move it to your /Forge/res/pics/ folder and enjoy. :)

Well, I looked. I've got my original high-res image for the color balls and text. But I can't find the cool background.

The cool background is what makes this jpg work. The old 200x285 jpg looks great even when it is scaled up to 2x size.

Okay, another insidious bug involving Sower of Temptation (and likely control-changing effects in general)... I had a creature equipped with a Loxodon Warhammer and the computer stole the creature as usual, but I could not switch the equipment to another one of my creatures even though the Sower player does not additionally gain control of it (the reminder text on somewhat related cards such as Magnetic Theft is quite explicit about this issue) and ended up on the receiving end of Hammer time. Blecch. (But as usual, the computer's AI wasn't enough to prevent me from beating it 2-1 again.)

For symmetry's sake, could someone please add a step between the player's declarations of attackers and blockers? I believe there were some other missing steps, but their names elude me at the moment. Also, more state-based-effects refreshing (if the computer fetches Nyxathid using Bribery and I have seven cards in hand, it survives until the combat damage step) and a fix for the Necropotence bug (opponent skips his draw step as well) would be nice.

EDIT: Forge's text for Thwart states that it needs only two Islands to be returned instead of three (I haven't checked which number was actually coded though). I also think I caught a glimpse of an Angel of Light after the AI cast Eladamri's Call -- not for sure, though, since I was in my speed-playing trance.

EDIT2: Just realised Eladamri's Call reveals the tutored card to verify that it's indeed a creature.

EDIT3: (Not technically a bug) The AI has a particular predilection for playing Ball Lightning and other one-toughness creatures to watch them get crushed into a fine mist by my Night of Souls' Betrayal, Engineered Plague, et cetera. And then casting Resurrection on those same creatures immediately afterwards. (Not at all a bug) I just tested in one turn Time Walk - Regrowth - Time Walk - Regrowth - Time Walk, and Forge indeed handles the sequence correctly. I don't know how you did it, but kudos all the same for introducing this excellent (somewhat under-costed) card! =D>

EDIT4: If a computer-owned Stuffy Doll I reanimated is damaged, it in turn damages me even though I was the one to choose a voodoo-player.
