MTG Custom Promos & Extended Art
by Edmondo » 24 Mar 2010, 11:42

Hi there. I'm new to this forum. Hope there's no extra topic for custom made cards that I've overlooked.
Here are 2x113 custom MTG cards (Promos & Extended Art) I made.
Also included is a Custom Masterbase for Magic Workstation, so that you can use those cards in MWS.
Hope you like'em-
Ed.

I'm sorry, but the quality of the border and of the pic itself is just so wrong..

Always outnumbered. Never outtrolled.

I made them with MAGIC SET EDITOR. Is there a better way? I'm not really satisfied with the picture quality either. The original pics were good quality. MSE puts them out this way.

Let's keep our comments on the constructive side fellas.
Those pics look OK to me. It's just that folks here are spoiled being used to really high quality, seeing as how we invented HQ pics.
You can try Nate's Magic Card Generator, but there's no GUI so there is a learning curve. Magic Set Editor makes really good looking stuff too, you just need to start with a higher resolution image.
I would make a forum for custom cards if necessary, but that's covered pretty well lots of other places, like at MTGS.
