To check for new cards, use the Deck Editor. Shandalar has a limited pool.

Hello,
I've tryed the new version, and all work perfectly.
Now, direct launch of the deckbuilder don't crash anymore, and I can play Shandalar without problems.
I will test constructed soon, with the goal to verify if the game still crash when playing challenge.

Thanks again for this update, it's "a must", because, all is inside.
Just download of 1 File, install, and it's ok. No need to schearch for many others update.

More reports:

A buddy and I played LAN for a few hours today and had the program crash many times Wayfayer's Bauble and Upheaval were the two biggest contributors

Windows Explorer crashes quite a bit while running the program also but that's no different that with the Dog's version of the game

In the dual screen, the text on the card is cut off.

Downloaded this years ago on my XP pc and it worked great, now that i am running vista 64bit it does not work. Everytime i play a game, maybe it will last about 5 mins or longer or shorter, depends on the mood of the pc i guess, but whatever the time i keep getting the same error, Manalink v2.0 has stopped working. I have tried everything to rectify this error, but as of yet, no luck, anyone got ideas on this.

Actually i am using the same file that i found on demonoid, but will go and download this torrent and reinstall again to see if that helps.

First of all, thanks for your work. I was curious if anyone had further updated the Microprose game (I have the original), and here it is after a quick Google. Install was easy.

However, I am finding (as at least one other has pointed out) that some cards inevitably cause the game to hang. From my experience it happens with any pain land as well as Wayfarer's Bauble. Playing sealed deck is one of my favorite things to do and it's pretty much broken because no matter what is in your deck you'll quickly run into an opponent that tries to use one of the glitch cards.

No probs Huggybaby, but after fooling around i think i have found the cause, my screen is set to 1280x1024 whereas the game needs 1024x768, i have not tried this resolution yet, but will when i get the chance next week. Thanks for the help though, a small technical issue that i overlooked seemed to be the problem, oh well.

older posted patch found on this link: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2002 dated Dec 29, 2009. As to here,: http://www.slightlymagic.net/wiki/Installation (which is the latest code patch 2010). Question is, are you gonna get more cards if you use the most recent patch? That's all! Cheers!

RARed files are "basic" installation of MTG game. It required some "basic" knowledge to install it (how to unpack files, how to use reg file etc.).

ISO mentioned in current topic is more user friendly form of installation - it reminds more original setup.

hi!first sorry for my bad inglish,im spanish,i´ll try to do it better!...well afterall thanks for all the work with the iso´s game file,its incredible!..but i have somo problems with it: when im on deckbuilder many times appears me an system error similar at dnstwrs32.exe and i have to close all program.And another error is ina a duel: i´ll select one of my new decks and when im playing i did a brainstorm and the game failed and closed and returned me to the desktop.I have windows xp....what can it be?thanks for all!!!
