That's probably the drwtsn32.exe error. The best thing to do is ask for help here: viewforum.php?f=55
I really don't want to turn this into a troubleshooting thread because we have so many elsewhere. Thank you.

You're welcome, thanks for the report. Of course if there was a virus we want to know about it.
I couldn't find a launch.exe, I did find MTGLauncher.exe. Here are the scan results for that: http://virusscan.jotti.org/en/scanresul ... 7d9fb2374c

I see Wayfarer's Bauble is a known bug, I don't know if it ever got fixed in this stock version.MagicBoot wrote:First of all, thanks for your work. I was curious if anyone had further updated the Microprose game (I have the original), and here it is after a quick Google. Install was easy.
However, I am finding (as at least one other has pointed out) that some cards inevitably cause the game to hang. From my experience it happens with any pain land as well as Wayfarer's Bauble. Playing sealed deck is one of my favorite things to do and it's pretty much broken because no matter what is in your deck you'll quickly run into an opponent that tries to use one of the glitch cards.

Thank you iceman99, and welcome to the forums. And don't worry, all AV scanners get false positives once in a while, it's normal.

THIS IS AWSOME !! I havn't played this in ages !!
Is the MY2000 mod comptatible with MTG 2010 or no ?? if it is, could you please brief me on how to attach My2000 to MTG 2010. I tried 3-4 times and nothing works. As soon as I update the custom library all crashes.
Thanks

After playing a few hours i've noticed the following bugs:
The AI(only) can some how put in play platinum angel from crop rotation (he is still sac a land but plays out as tinker)
Spell Burst w/ buyback - have to pay an additionnal 3U after original CC + buyback is played

I stumbled upon this great software while searching stuff on the web, and this is really great! I have a question though. It seems that not all cards are included, is there any way to get the missing cards?

To add more cards, see the wiki. To report bugs, post a separate topic in the new users forum viewforum.php?f=55.
If you really want to start modifying your install, you should download Mok's Manalink and put it somewhere separate. We intend the ISO to remain "stock". Though it would be nice if bugs would get fixed, I don't see how since AFAIK the newer .exe's always break Shandalar or something else. I could certainly be wrong.

OMG ! A HUGE thank you to everyone involved in making this happen. I had hoped my original disks could be dusted off and installed when I built my new Win7 x64 machine this past Xmas, but was soon disappointed... I went the VM way back on my old XP machine but it just didn't feel the same.
I bought the original, when it first came out, to help pass the time as I recovered from a major surgery and 6 weeks of radiation therapy, so it has a very special place in my heart. Plus my wife loves playing too..
EDITED:*found out answer to my own question*
I never used ManaLink to play other people in the past, wife and I broke out the actual cards when we wanted to do that, so I'm sure at some point I will have future questions about that. ( luckily an old friend of mine gave me a huge box full of cards a few years ago as a thank you for fixing his PC problems .. )
Anyway I'm rambling now ... Once again Awesome job !!! Can't wait til wife gets home to tell her she can play her favorite PC game again... and maybe i'll tease her with the thought of building and battling our own decks against each other.
EDITED: * keep forgetting to save face before game and wondered why it kept disappearing..doh*
