A "Thank You" Thread
by Squiggoth » 01 Jul 2010, 22:49
I wanted to start a thread separate from the Discussion thread, that demonstrated wholeheartedly the thanks from the MA users. Programming is a complex and sometimes difficult hobby and/or career, and Goblin Hero needs to be thanked. A lot of us have said thanks in threads here and there, but I thought it'd be nice to note in this thread how you use MA, what you love about it, and how it helps you in your MtG Hobby. =) So I'll start:
I'm using MA to build several decks including EDH, Standard Tourney, and Casual fun decks. I think the card image is great, a lot of previous programs relegated you to such a tiny scaled down view. MA is nice and huge and my old eyes thank you. =)
THANKS, Goblin Hero.
PS -- I know that the thank yous and donations and so forth go a long way to keep you going and keep you interested and involved, too!

Awesome program, massive thanks to all who have helped it on its way, in particular to Goblin Hero who mostly seems to run the MA show. Also to AsBest for beating me to the Salvat/Hachette update, I worked on it for over a month got as far as finishing the Spanish only to find I'd been beaten (and you did better) nice one. Look forward to the French/Italian updates.
Thanks again to Goblin Hero

Yeah thank you. I migrated to Magic Album on the first published version (Alpha something.)

Dude... Seriously. Thank you. Thank you! You have no idea of how useful is to have such a nice software that doesn't make my inventory commit suicide from time to time. I will not just thank you, but I will also donate to this fine project always when I can.
Again, thank you. Very much.

Thank you for this great program... Right now, I'm using it to create a database of ALL my cards and hopefully I'll have them all entered. I've only been working on entering them now for the past 2 weeks and just now reached the halfway point...
I used to have a notebook with each card, rarity, type and so on. Now, I can trash the notebook and work from your program... I greatly appreciate your work on this program and any future updates... You guys are the best....
