Another option is to buy cards and then to build a deck that can handle those killer enchantment type decks.

It would be great if the deck editor filter would see hybrid mana as being either of its colours, not both. For example, I'd like Lurking Informant to show up if I set the filter to show only blue cards, or if I set it to show only black cards. Right now it only shows if I set the filter to show both black and blue cards.
This would be a boon to deckbuilding, since if you're looking for, say, more red creatures for a deck, you really don't care if they could also be cast using green and/or black mana. For deckbuilding purposes, hybrid cards can be considered as either of their colours, not necessarily both. There would also be a few weird cases, like Sewn-Eye Drake - it would ideally come up as black and blue *or* black and red. Right now you need to set all three colours in the filter for it to show.

Edit: Whoops, looking through the archives, I see that Caranthol requested this back on Oct. 4, 2010. Please consider this as seconding the motion!

I'd like to be able to select and add multiple cards simutaneously in the deck editor, ideally by shift-clicking the top and bottom choices and/or ctrl-clicking multiple cards. You can highlight multiple cards at once now, but clicking Add Card only makes one of them go into your deck.
On a closely related note (since this is what I was trying to do), is there any way to build a ridiculously huge deck with one of each card, other than clicking on each card then clicking Add Card 5692 times (and that's before we even look at adding extra land!)? I tried using PrintFolders to make a plain text list of every card name from the "cardsfolder" folder, then using OpenOffice Spreadsheet to add a "1" in front of each, then converting it back to a properly spaced plain text file, then copy-and-pasting that into a .dck file (generated from the deck editor to make sure the header info was valid), but I couldn't seem to make it work. For one thing, the capitalization wasn't right - I figured I may be able to fight with a word processor's case conversion function to fix that, but even the cards with proper capitalization didn't show up in the deck editor list...

The choice to set card filters before the deck editor begins loading cards could reduce lag on lower performing machines.
Also, a filter by creature type would be useful.

When a token creature in a stack receives +1/+1 counters (for example from Immaculate Magistrate), would it be possible to remove it from the stack and show it separately on the playing field?

Dunno if this has already been suggested, but I'l like to be able to search by creature type in the deck editor.

I really enjoy the program, great work and many thanks to everyone who works on it. I think a nice feature would be if after a quest match where you win 3-6 random rares if those cards would show up as new cards in the deck editor instead of me forgetting what I won and never seeing them again

Nels19k, if you sort by rarity in the deck editor after every match, then scroll down to the bottom of the top section, anything that shows up with an "n" in the rarity field is something you just picked up.nels19k wrote:I really enjoy the program, great work and many thanks to everyone who works on it. Right, but when you complete a quest duel there's an additional bonus of 3-6 cards depending on the particular quest you've completed, 3 greens, 4 colorless, 5 random rares etc. Those bonus cards do not show up as new when you sort that way. Personally I find it very easy to let new cards slip through the cracks in this fashion but maybe its just me.

Is it possible to make Horizon Canopy pay the mana costs more dynamically? For example when the menu prompts 2WW from Wrath of God, tapping Horizon Canopy deducts W from WoG, like other duals work.

Yep. I'm working on a big update for all mana abilities, and Horizon Canopy will be included in it.lazylockie wrote:Is it possible to make Horizon Canopy pay the mana costs more dynamically? Achievements! We need achievements for questing.
Things that you can do to unlock an achievement or trophy if you will. These can be collected until you have the entire set, and you can start over any time you want. Some ideas for achievements include:

- Code: Select all
win with mono-black deck
win with mono-blue deck
win with mono-green deck
win with mono-red deck
win with mono-white deck
win with two-color deck (at least 40 pct of each color, excluding lands)
win with three-color deck (at least 25 pct of each color, excluding lands)
win with four-color deck (at least 20 pct of each color, excluding lands)
win with five-color deck (at least 15 pct of each color, excluding lands)
defeat Albert Einstein 2
defeat Albert Einstein 3
... and each other quest opponent ...
defeat Dungeon Crawling (Green) ... and each other quest
win by milling
win by poison counter
win by other alternate method

I'd like to be able to tell whether I have any "extra turns after this one" pending. Or whether the AI does, for that matter. I like a lot of Time Walk / Lighthouse Chronologist type cards, and I sometimes lose track of whether I have another turn waiting after this one. Ideally, an indicator of how many extra turns are waiting would be best, but even knowing there's one coming up would be great. The Microprose game "greys out" a player whose next turn was effectively being skipped; while that's a bit more than necessary, some sort of visual representation like that would be welcome.

We have a 2/2 green wolf token jpg that is used for things like Howl of the Night Pack. With Muraganda Petroglyphs in play, the text overlay makes them 4/4.
Wolves made with Sound the Call do not use any jpg. Currently the AI has two Sound the Call in the graveyard so there are 3/3 wolves in play that are blank. Maybe we could have one wolf pic that can be used for any size wolf tokens?
(This is another instance of where the 4/4 and 3/3 tokens are all stacked together, making it more difficult to see exactly what is in play).

More then any other new feature, I'd really like to be able to play online against another person. Are there plans for a 2-player mode any time in the future?
