All Cards as SQL or CSV or something?

Hi Guys, i am new here, but could u help me out?
Where can i get a FULL list with all magic cards (mtg) in sql/csv or at least parseable (fix lines/columns) txt format?

PS: Do you know how about useing Pics of Cards for commercial use?

I think viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3371 does csv.

Commercial use of pictures is probably illegal, but you should consult a lawyer if it's something you're serious about.
