Trouble Connecting.

Hello everyone. I've just downloaded OPT for the first time, and have followed the tutorial for it listed on this site. I get stuck at this part. When I try to connect to opt.magic-league.com I get the following error.

Socket Error # 10061
Connection refused.

I've no idea what exactly i'm doing wrong at all. I've not been able to find any other valid servers for OPT through a few google searches, but if the main server has changed, can someone please let me know what it is?

EDIT: I saw a thread in this forum in which a community member was creating a 24/7 server here. I tried connecting to that, and I get the same error. The thread was posted a month ago, so it could have been taken down by now.. *shrug* Also, is it normal to get an error every time I resize OPT? (Though it resizes just fine every time, it just gives an error window)

I also have another issue in loading pictures. I have the picture path pointed at E:\Programs\Magic Workstation\Pics and while it does detect the 23k-ish pictures in the 100+ set folders, its not actually showing the pictures in my solitare game. I'm still working through the issue though, so I might have this one solved before a reply. Either way, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

EDIT3: I fixed the picture issue. I moved my MWS picture folder to the OPT folder, and they are now detected. I guess OPT can't load pictures from outside its own main folder.

EDIT2: I've come across another issue. In the deck builder, certain cards are not present whatsoever. This includes the Myr Turbine, the Sword of Feast and Famine, etc. Is there a database update out there to update the card listings? Or am I going to have to add them all in by hand?
