DotP2012: Put attacking tokens into play : possible or not ?

Postby Ikaru69 » 04 Jan 2012, 11:52

Hi everybody.

First, thanks to all of the site that made me discover the joy of creating my own cards because of their mods. =D>

Then, actually, I'm trying to create a human T2 deck with especially Geist of Saint Traft and Hero of Bladehold.
But with my very basic skills, I don't know how to put a token in play attacking.

Is it really possible ? And if so, how to do ?

It's not enough... you can put tokens into play, and you can put them into play tapped, but those tokens won't be attacking.

I thought about this a lot, and I think it's not possible. The most faithful implementation would be to put tokens with haste into play that must attack the same turn they come into play, in a time window such that they can still be declared as attackers even if what creates them has been already declared as attacker... apart from being really complicated to explain, I don't think there is such a time window, because when you play with more than 1 opponent you need the chance to select the defending player.
