The problem isn't multiple triggers. Certain triggers don't have their stack description set properly. Is this Exalted? I can't quite tell. I know Sloth was fixing some of these, but there may be a few that are still missing.

Yeah, that was Exalted. I also recall it happening with a few other triggers, but I can't remember which ones specifically. I can test some stuff and try to figure out what other triggers this happens to.

The cumulative upkeep trigger on Braid of Fire is one of these. I guess it'll be fixed once the Cumulative upkeep keyword can have non-mana costs.
