At first I want to thank you for you immense effort in creating a more enjoyable experience for this already great game.

There seems to be another problem with unlocks. I use the non-skid row version of the game. Alongside your mod I use Blind Willows mod, too (maybe that causes the problems).
I won a duel with "Life for Death, the 10 unlocks worked as expected, everything seemed to be all right. When I played the game the next time, it showed 0/10 unlocked cards (as you announced). When I opened the "deck editor" (don't know how it is called in English version) it showed me that my decks contains 1,645 cards (a huge amount of embersmiths alongside the normal cards, and that I have unlocked 2,560 cards (all of them are embersmihs).
When I reset the deck, my decks now contains 12 porcelain legionnaires and 9 slash panthers besides the normal cards. 40,920 cards are unlocked, all of them embersmiths. The 10 cards to be supposed to be locked, are still locked.

It was the first attempt to play against another deck; after that I played the infect deck to see whether this problems occurs here as well, that one worked as intended, though.

Maybe you know what happened and can use the information to improve your DLC. Keep up the good work!

Those 2 cards aren't in my mod, so I can't help with them.

The trick I used to make all 10 cards unlock at once probably has bad side-effects, I'll investigate more about it.

EDIT: I can't reproduce this problem. Maybe it happens only when the deck is among the 18 that are saved? Could someone else give feedback about this?

Hi everyone.
Sorry for the newbie question, but I couldn't figure out why if I use any custom decks when I attack the opponent it doesn't lower its life points, while if I use the standard deks everything is fine. Any idea?

I was able to do it. Fresh installation, this time I played "Deathly Dominion", same result. 40,000 skeletons in the deck after re-starting DotP. However, I don't quite get what you mean with "among the 18 that are saved".
Well, as long as it affects only the first deck I play with, I will use the one I like the least first, and can then play with the other 15 decks.
I will keep you informed.

I'll take a look at my code for Ulasht. Rage Nimbus is from a challenge, so that may not have been coded correctly to work in a normal deck. I'll look at that too. I have no idea why my DLC would interfere with others' unlocks, as my decks don't have any. I'm not sure if it would help if I add the "dummy" promo cards? Hmmm...

After some more testing I might have found a way to reproduce the bug.
When I play one of your decks and win the match, it unlocks 10 cards as it is supposed to do. I directly enter the deck manager (from the win screen), reset the deck (so I can see, which cards are unlocked) and leave the game, it seems that only in these cases the decks are messed up the next time I enter the game.

Maybe someone can confirm this or maybe it helps you to trace the bug.

OK, so I was right: the bug manifests only if the deck gets saved (otherwise you would find the cards locked again after leaving the game). I'll make another version of each deck where the unlockables are promo cards, so they will be unlocked forever after entering the 10 codes.

EDIT: Here's a handy quote of what I added in the first page:
"Promo edition" decks: They don't contain anything more than the "regular edition", but the unlockables are coded as promo cards. This way, the unlocks will be forever unlocked after inserting the 10 promo codes, but they will be in the unsaved decks by default (resulting in a deck with more than 60 cards that you'll have to "trim" manually each time). On the contrary, the "regular edition" will unlock all the unlockables with just one victory, but if one of my decks gets saved, you could find it bugged (with thousands copies of the same card) the next time you start the game. In short: you'll always have problems with the unlockables, the decision about which problems to have is yours. :lol:
So, try the "promo edition" of the decks and let me know.

Hey guys how do i reset my profile again so i unlock and save the decks i want to be saved ? Also firemind this may be a dumb question but if the max decks we can save is 18 is it possible to manipulate that restriction or remove it altogether rather than finding a work around ?

You "reset" the profile by deleting the profile, though there is no way to "control" which decks are saved yet (we are working on the problem now that we can generate the profile hashes).

There is no way to manipulate or remove the restriction as it appears to be hard-coded into the DotP 2013 executable (along with the profile size which would need to change to change this restriction).
