BUG: the creature card chosen as Commander in EDH mode appears within the deck from the very beginning of each duel, often resulting in the first drawn hand and is cumulative with its copy in the commander area.

Introduced when fixing the cast-from-exile cost penalty; fixed in 8b540d2.
