Describe the Bug:
When an artifact Urza's Miter's controller controls dies, if it wasn't sacrificed, Urza's Miter prompts a selection popup, which allows its controller to select whether to draw a card or not.

1) When "Draw a card" is selected and the cost of {3} is paid using a mana source that produces 3 or more mana, Miter's controler draws a card and another popup window will be prompted immediately after. This allows the player to choose "Draw a card" again, pay another {3}, and draw another card.

2) When "Draw a card" is selected and Miter's controller attempts to pay {3} using multiple mana sources, e.g. basic lands, another selection popup will be prompted after the first source has been tapped/selected.
If "Draw a card" is chosen from this second popup, the client will ask the player to pay {3} for the second selection (at this time the mana from the initially tapped mana source is still in the player's mana pool unless it was colorless mana, in which case it is autmatically charged) and after that cost has been paid, that player will draw a card. Then, it immediately asks that player to pay {3} for the first selection and if the cost is paid, that player draws another card.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Urza's Miter only triggers once for each artifact (conrolled by its controller) that dies.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Now in dev 778ccb5 version Urza's Miter doesn't trigger at all.
