Update for Microprose's Magic: The Gathering PC Game 3.0

There is to note that the archives below are shortly updated after a new release or bugfix and contain the whole game (~300 Mo) while the link to the last update contain only the latest patch (~10 Mo).
- Required files to properly run ML3 Visual C++ Libraries, some versions of Windows 7 might not need it.
- Download and unpack these 2 files (the others folders are optionals)
