Mana producer

This encompasses several aspects of mana production, from seeing whether the activated ability to be played, to producing the mana. It also tells the AI that 1 mana of the appropriate type can be ade from this permanent.

The colors of mana this permanent can produce are identified by the color(s) of the permanent in magic.exe.
