Talk:DotP 2014: Card Requests

This is meant to evolve into a coherent and organized database for the requested cards. The point is to post the resulting cards here and link to them from the forum. This is so if one is found to be flawed, then it can be be fixed in only one place. Normally, when a problem is found in a card, the one who made it updates his or her core and the problem is fixed. This isn't a feasible way of dealing with single cards like those made in the formal request thread. Master Necro attempted something similar with a thread for the results. The problem is that only he could update them. Also, it had two copied of the code floating around: the original and the copy found in the results thread. The problem is that sometimes when a card is tested and seems to be working, it's put in the thread even though it still has undiscovered problems. This way, there's only one copy of the code (since this page only links to it), and that means when a problem is found, the original poster can either update it, the the link can be changed to a new, working version with no hassle.--Xander9009 (talk) 17:50, 6 August 2013 (MSK)
