The card images are downloaded from "magiccards.info" which dictates which languages are available in the card text combo. The languages offered on the http://magiccards.info/ page are currently ENGLISH, PORTUGUESE, RUSSIAN, GERMAN, SPANISH, FRENCH, ITALIAN, CHINESE, JAPANESE and TAIWANESE. Note, the coverage varies.
If you have access to korean card images then you can manually put them in the "<images>\custom" folder using the same name as default image - this folder is the first place Magarena looks for an image.

Absolutely, looks like their sitemap page more accurately reflects the languages available. We simply need to add KOREAN("한국어","ko") to CardTextLanguage.
