Any modern Youtube videos demoing current Manalink?

Hi folks,

My sincere apologies if this is an inappropriate or FAQ question, but I've lately had a bit of an itch to play some MTG after a decade or so away. I'm not up to speed on any of the software anymore and wondered if anyone could point me to (or record for me) a demo of some current Manalink in operation? There seems to be a fair amount of information about getting it setup and stuff, but not a ton describing what it is, what it can do, what it supports, etc. Does it support Planeswalkers? Would love to see it in action before diving in, if that's possible. Thanks so much!

Cheers,
Egg

Manalink 3.0 supports planeswalkers. No multiplayer or internet play 1 vs 1. Play against AI solo duels, gauntlet, draft, challenges, etc.
See wiki for more details:

Here is a video of the game, it hasn't changed much since that video was uploaded:

Thank you so much!!! I remember playing the hell out of the old Microprose DotP game back in the day, so this was a trip to see. Especially the sound effects (the flipping coin, City of Brass, etc) triggered memories. They were SO LOUD in the mix! Appreciate you taking the time to answer my noob question.

Regards,
Egg

In the release the sounds are not as loud as in that video but there are mods with lower sounds and a way to lower sound or disable it.
See here:

Oh, sorry... I didn't mean it as criticism of your video. I just remember the original release, where the volume of the duels was way louder than all the Shandalar stuff.

Again, thanks a ton for helping me understand what modern Manalink is all about!

Hi Egg, Manalink supports Planeswalkers and various MTG mechanics. For a demo, check online videos or tutorials :)

No worries at all, Egg!
Manalink is a solid choice and does support Planeswalkers and more. For a demo, I'd also recommend looking for recent gameplay videos online to see it in action, as I've seen some rlly good ones. Also, if you want to create your own demo or capture gameplay, learning how to record computer audio can be really useful.

Manalink is a fan-made extension of the 1997 Magic: The Gathering game, supporting thousands of cards and multiplayer but lacks modern mechanics like Planeswalkers. Though nostalgic, it’s limited compared to newer options like MTG Arena. YouTube demos may help preview gameplay. Let me know if you need setup help!
