[fixed by Gargaroz]Maze of Ith
by mox » 30 Oct 2012, 03:29
Describe the Bug:
After a few activations, Maze of Ith crashed the game with a message "wrong parameter address". On one duel this happened after 3 activations, on another duel after 5 activations.
I don't know if this is important, but any activation of Maze of Ith was followed by the appearance of a window (superimposed on the duel window) with Maze of Ith and a few card backs (face-down cards) at its right side. The number of those face-down cards was the same as the number of the previous+current Maze of Ith activations, i.e. it increased at any activation.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Maze of Ith
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ML 3.0, Gauntlet in Challenge mode
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Maze of Ith should work independently from the number of previous activations
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
None that I can think of
I am unable to attach a savegame or screenshot as a few seconds after the "wrong parameter address" message the game crashed and its window disappeared.

Re: Maze of Ith

You can retrieve the last turn of your crashed game by fetching the file AUTOSAVE in your SAVEGAME folder (each AUTOSAVE file extension is linked to the type of game you played, eg. AUTOSAVE.E1M is a normal duel mode savegame, while AUTOSAVE.E1G is is a gauntlet duel savegame.
Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce this bug Maze of Ith work correctly for me against normal or face down creature so it must be another interaction.

Confirmed, there is no word "may" so Painful Quandary is not supposed to be skippable.
For AI behavior you might post the issue in the appropriate thread here.

[fixed by Gargaroz]Crucible of Worlds + Strip Mine
by mbodrov » 30 Oct 2012, 11:14
Describe the Bug:
Use the attached savegame.
On your turn, use Crucible of Worlds to play Strip Mine from your graveyard.
On the opponent's turn, sac the Strip Mine to kill his land.
On your next turn, at the cleanup step, you'll be asked to discard 1 card only, even if you have 9 or more cards in hand.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Unknown. This seems to be a very peculiar bug.
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
m13v3
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The player should have to discard to 7.
