Describe the Bug:
When player cast Izzet Charm, unless for using the counterspell effect, the mana spent will be rejected into the mana pool once and the card will go back to hand, then after playing the card a second time the windows choice will pop if there is any choice to be made.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

This is a minor bug maybe due to the counterspell effect, you can recast again the spell but it's still a weird behavior

Describe the Bug:
When Dreg Mangler Scavenge ability is activated from RuleEngine, instead the game show the Unearth ability and Dreg Mangler come back from gy to bf with an empty legacy effect attached to him and will immediately be exiled without giving +1/+1 x 3 counters to target creature.

Which card did behave improperly ?

confirmed, as of ONR it can't be cast even if the mana requirement is met.
If debug cast into bf it will work as intended

Describe the Bug:
Deathrite Shaman's code is borked. I can't even get it to be broken consistently. Sometimes it only lets you "get mana". Sometimes it lets you use one of the other abilities, but NOT "get mana". It seems like "get mana" supersedes the others, maybe? Sometimes, particularly if you hit "cancel", it asks for two green mana. And then it shows your graveyard and asks you to pick an instant/sorcery. The lose-2-life ability seems to work. In any case, it never lets you pick the opponent's graveyard, even if they have a land, a creature, and a sorcery, and your graveyard is empty.

Also, it doesn't show up in the Green Creatures list when "putting a specific card into play" although it gets the bonus from Kaysa and can be found with Green Sun's Zenith. Probably not a problem.

- All Keyrunes can generate colorless mana
- Animated Izzet Keyrune ability does not trigger when dealing combat damage to player (draw & discard 1 card)

When a creature dealt damage by vein drinker dies, vein drinker doesn't get a +1/+1 counter.

When a creature dealt damage by vein drinker that turn dies, Vein Drinker should get a +1/+1 counter.

no

Note: In the save game there is a Mephidross Vampire in play whose ability works with other creatures but not with the Vein Drinker, so maybe it is an interaction.

Stassy most of the times works fine for me only few times when auto-tapping is that behaviour.
There is a bug that Izzet Charm can counter creature spells,too.

Weird, it happen to me even if I don't autotap, it just do it once for each Izzet Charm...

Whops, I accidentaly corrupted the code for Cascade, Bloodbraid Elf and the other cards with cascade are affected :( V2 on next weekend, damn.

Could you please test with other creatures with infect + triggered ability on damaging ?
Also, try to give infect to a creature with a triggered ability on damaging.
