Awesome, I cant wait to try out the full version, I love this game.
As for bugs, it seems that the cards are always dealt in the same order so its kind of hard to try out all the cards

I'm using windows VB6. I spent 1 day trying to learn VB .Net to try to modernize a little, but I got too frustrated and fell back to my old standard.Ogre wrote:So glad you've taken to working on thisLove Innovation!

Bug: The ai in this game seems to only use the dogma on agriculture for every action no matter what I do, even if the ai has no cards in hand

Thanks onionknight. By including those save files, I was able to hunt down the bugs very quickly. They should be fixed in tonight's release.

Wow! Fast progress.
I Got another save file that crashes on ai's turn
Also, there needs to be a way to tell what direction your cards are splayed

Yes I was thinking the same. What about an bold arrow (left, right, up) on the card to show this?onionknight wrote:

If you splay your cards, text appears indicating the direction. Are you not seeing that?Boom2010 wrote:Yes I was thinking the same. What about an bold arrow (left, right, up) on the card to show this?onionknight wrote:

Nope. It displays "splayed" when splayed, but perhaps the full text is being truncated?jatill wrote:If you splay your cards, text appears indicating the direction. Is the achievement card/s text clear for everyone when shown in the top left?
It may be my monitor settings but the text is appearing rather blocky. Might be compression of the image. If this is a common problem I'll have a go at redo'ing these.

The text is also unclear for me, it seems like the top and bottom of each line is cut off.
Splaying does display correctly on the ai's board or if the player splays up. It does not display the direction when the player splays left or right
