Sonic you misunderstood it was Stassy's hangover that Gargaroz fixed.

He fixed both since we are still here and my hangover is now fixed with more reports posted and half of RCG expansion checked, on to the other half of it now

Describe the Bug:
Architects of Will cycling ability is too perfect it draws a card without discarding Architects of Will so you can cycle as much as you like.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
ravnica-v2-duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Architects of Will cycle (draw a card and discard Architects of Will)
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Architects of Will cycling ability is too perfect it draws a card without discarding Architects of Will so you can cycle as much as you like.

confirmed, also in fact if you cancel all mana requirement (B then U), it will correctly cycle Architects of Will while it should not activate at all.

Transluminant legacy effect will not disappear at the end of the next end phase and thus will generate a token at every end phase of all players.

Describe the Bug:
1- If only in owners graveyard is a creature you can activate Nighteyes Desecrator but menu asking to select graveyard doesn't appear and mana goes to mana pool.
2- Nighteyes Desecrator doesn't put a creature to battlefield.You can select it but nothing happens- only a legacy card appears.
3- Sometimes legacy the lecacy card of Nighteyes Desecrator could do crazy things like attach to a land(see photo)

confirmed, also if opponent gy is empty Nighteyes Desecrator ability can't be used but if both gy contains creatures game ask for target player but on both choices only opponent gy will be shown.
