AI uses Path to Exile on a random creature of its own, which is not exiled.

I tested a lot this Gargaroz and I found that the activation of Blinkmoth Nexus causes this problem,it gives "randomly" an effect (not protection from blue,or protection from instants,I tried if it deprived the creature type from a creature but tested with Wrath of God and died so..) also (I couldn't track down how it picks the creature affected)

I. Describe the Bug:
Gravity Sphere does not remove flying from creatures when they enter play.

Manalink 3.0 : 11112012_Old_and_New_Ravnica_v2 : Gauntlet.

Diabolic Tutor
Buried Alive
Planar Portal
Sylvan Scrying
Eladamri's Call
Entomb
Gigantiform
Gamble
Untamed Wild
Lay of the Land
All land as land fetchers

The savegame crashes unfortunately but I tested Gravity Sphere and it works it has to be some interaction with another card that causes the problem but without further info and a good savegame I can't confirm.

: Maga, Traitor to Mortals can't be used as commander because the EDH rules card doesn't allow to pay its X cost, so it dies each time that it enters the battlefield.
Since we are talking about it, most likely you have noticed that bouncing cards as Unsummon are extremely powerful in EDH game, sicne they allow to bounce back the commander, that looses forever its commander status. Is there any way to fix it? Also commander creatures can't be countered in any way.

There is a bug with Flame Javelin and most likely with all the spells with a special casting cost that allows to pay 2 colorless mana for each 1 specific colored mana.
Now the game by default makes the spell to be played with colorless mana (costing twice, in short), unless the caster has the exact quantity of mana left to pay its casting cost.
In short, if I have 6 mana in total, the game will make me pay Flame Javelin 6 colorless mana but, if I have just 3 untapped mountains, then I will be allowed to pay it for RRR.
Now the game by default makes the spell to be played with colorless mana (costing twice, in short), unless the caster has the exact quantity of mana left to pay its casting cost.
