I get a reproducable error when using Mesmeric Orb. When having this card in play and it's the AI's turn I can see the effect "Whenever a permanent..." on the stack but hitting the "OK"-button doesn't do anything. So you're stuck and have to hit "CONCEDE". However, if you have a card on the table that can be activated (Quicksilver Amulet in my case) you can tap it, hit "CANCEL" and then the "OK"-button works again.

When I cast Burn at the Stake and choose 0, after I have paid the mana, I am prompted to tap 0 creatures, and there is no way to proceed with the game.

Problem with "Hold the Gates" from GateCrash set. It adds +0/1 for each Gate you control. But, once played, the Toughness of my creatures is getting bigger and bigger with each step, which means what within a turn or two, I have a toughness of 100+. Something isn't quite right here....
Basically, if I have 6 gates out, every step of the game (not turn, step) my creatures toughness goes up by 6...

Sloth already fixed this. The triggered ability on Oona's Blackguard doesn't work with tokens made by Bitterblossom. They should enter play with a +1/+1 counter, but they don't. Other Rogue creatures work fine though, so I'm guessing it has something to do with the creature types on the tokens created by Bitterblossom.

Try re-downloading the archive and then extract it.
Do not move any files from the older version over to the archive that you just extracted. Launch this new copy and see if you have the same problem.

After I cloned my Lazav, Dimir Mastermind , he lost his ability to clone.
As far as I read this text, he gains the ability to clone AND to remain the ability...
Is it the correct behaviour, that if Lazav, Dimir Mastermind copies another creature, all cipher spells become lost? Because he doesn't change any zones, I thought it wouldn't matter...

When Loyal Cathar goes to the graveyard it comes back to the battlefield as Unhallowed Cathar as normal. However when Unhallowed Cathar goes to the graveyard it returns to the battlefield at the end step and keeps coming back every time it dies.

I traded a creature with my a morph my opponent controlled. When it died, it became apparent that it was a Soul Collector and the opponent took control of the creature that had traded with it, even though the Soul Collector was face-down when it died.
