A notice to player on win/lose screen
by Max mtg » 07 Feb 2013, 20:50
Since players sometimes face difficulties understanding why they lost a match (viewtopic.php?f=26&t=9579), I've added a simple message to help everyone be proud of his victory of sorry about loss. (r19461)
Hope, texts are not too ugly. Correct them if you have any ideas and speak native english.

Thanks Max! I think a lot of users are going to appreciate it. Even if you know why you won/lost, it's sometimes nice to see it put in words. The little things like this can really boost the overall feel of the game.

I wonder if we could put images up there for the different losses.
Picture of a venomous snake for poison.
Monsters attacking if death by combat phase.
Something for decking.
Fireball for sorcery
Wizards with wands raised for damage out of combat.
Treasure for winning.
Just an idea.

The data is not collected at that level of detail yet.
The only thing I am able to return for now is turns played, times mulliganned and game outcome for each player.
