Of course it does. Thats why it's posted in the bug thread - atm no tokens can enter the battlfeield with +1/+1 counters on it (no matter in whcih way), having the placed after that works just fine, though.

I think the Ante system is either buggy or broken. When having Ante in Sealed or Draft, you would't get the card, yet you would loose your card (as far as I see) and in quest mode you sometimes loose only the last card, then again you loose several cards at once (I just lost 4 cards after loosing one match, yet I played often 2:1, and I guess the Ante cards from these are the ones I lost additionally ...)

I just want to ask how can I place other card images from sets that are not included in forge? Example, the Stinkweed Imp image in the Duel Deck Divine vs. Demonic set and other cards as well.

Quick card problem I noticed - no crash, but:

My opponent cast Azorius Herald (Dissension) but he most definitely did not gain 4 life when it came in to play. No crash log, screencap of state of board attached. Moat in play, meaning it can't attack, but shouldn't affect enter the battlefield ability? Nothing else complicated happening, just a Dungeon Geists and Stab Wound in play.

The easiest way is to not have the separate sets downloaded and included in your /res/pics/ folder. This way you can replace the single Stinkweed Imp jpg image that is located in your pics folder with the pic that you want to use (Duel Deck Divine vs. Demonic).

A couple of things about Sprout Swarm :

-Sometimes when I cast it with buyback, purely by convoke (i.e., by selecting five creatures to tap), more than five of my creatures tap. Unfortunately, I haven't discerned any pattern as to when it does it, or even in how many extra creatures it taps.

-If I cast it repeatedly at the end of my opponent's turn, with buyback and convoke every time, then cancel the last casting, all of the creatures I had tapped for its earlier instances untap, but I still keep any saprolings that it had created earlier this turn. Only creatures I had tapped for the current instance should untap.

Edit: I'm not sure why mouseover isn't working for Sprout Swarm ... I'm pretty sure I'm spelling it right.... anyway, here's the Oracle text for reference:

Card Name: Sprout Swarm
Mana Cost: 1 Green
Converted Mana Cost: 2
Types: Instant
Card Text: Convoke (Each creature you tap while casting this spell reduces its total cost by 1 or by one mana of that creature's color.)
Buyback 3 (You may pay an additional 3 as you cast this spell. If you do, put this card into your hand as it resolves.)
Put a 1/1 green Saproling creature token onto the battlefield.

Here a few bugs i collected (first 2 are from 1.3.7)

I steal Gwendlyn Di Corci wit Olivia Voldaren
Opponent steals Olivia with Slave of Bolas, and sacs it.
I still get to keep Gwendlyn....but can't activate her ability...

Opponent plays Ostracize and picks an instant...

Patagia Viper yield no tokens

Pattern of Rebirth and Skullclamp do not trigger on tokens (though tokens do touch the graveyard)

Did you confirm this was still in 1.3.8? I believe this was fixed by that release.

Casting for morph cost seems to just not work. It doesn't crash, but I can't do it.

When I select multiple creatures to be devoured by an incoming Mycoloth by ctrl-clicking several from the left-hand panel, then click on the arrow to move them to the right-hand panel, I get popup error windows. As an example, when I selected three of my six creatures to be devoured, I got these two errors in separate popups:

The number of popup errors and the "index" and "size" numbers near the top of each one seem to vary corresponding to how many creatures I have and choose to devour. I can close the popups, the creatures get devoured, the Mycoloth gets counters, and the game moves on, so this bug is mildly annoying but largely harmless.

Undoubtedly my fault. I'll get it fixed up. Edit: fixed in r19647. Sorry about that!

Hi,
Alternate win with Felidar Sovereign does not yield a bonus

Alternate win, no matter which way, doesn't yield a bonus as far as I know anyway.
I noticed it in the last beta, too ...

Murder Investigation did nothing upon the death of my Scorchwalker (have not yet tested it with any other cards, but will in a moment). Its ability simply never got onto the stack (sorry if this has been reported already).

Re: Forge Beta: 02-08-2013 ver 1.3.8

Postby Asellia » 16 Feb 2013, 18:24

Well, essentially, I have been playing forge a lot. But, it seems every time I get far enough to unlock a challenge, none appear. IT says someone has challenged me (I may of forgotten exact message, a bit tired haha), but, I've tried 5 times now, and for some reason, challenges will not appear. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it bugged?

I am using the new 1.3.8. So please ignore the screenshot, it's the same thing now, just this version. I have custom worlds, but it occurs in non-custom too, and with no custom world file as well.

The UI bug may have relation to adventure map or zeppelin, I don't know. I posted another thread, but was directed to put this here.

It d oes not work in default worlds either.

Edit: As mentioned, even with the worlds set to use a directory with challenges, and so on, it wont work. Same with default worlds/world file.
