CSV errors & Legacy/Effect cards with no text

Another headache for legacy effect : spliced onto arcane spell will have the legacy card image of the 1st arcane spell and an empty text of the 2nd effect.
Example below


The Ornithopter on the right is under the Through the Breach effect, everything is ok in the legacy text (image, title, text), however, the Ornithopter on the left is under a spliced onto arcane effect of Through the Breach after originally casting Eye of Nowhere as the initial Arcane spell => so we have the legacy effect of Through the Breach attached to the creature with the card image of Eye of nowhere and an empty title/text...

The text is entered correctly.
I think any effect/legacy card not displaying artwork needs to be reported as a bug as well as having no text. It seems to be the rule that no displayed artwork results in no displayed text – whether it’s entered in the Manlink.xls or not.

I think the ‘splice into arcane’ effect is causing many of these missing legacy text issues. So we might have to wait till Gargaroz tracks down the main problem.
Keep reporting the missing text, but remember what I noted above. No artwork = no text.
