Merciless Eviction cannot exile Planeswalker
Which card did behave improperly ?

Of course, because planeswalker are...enchantment

Skullcrack doesn't prevent lifegain (spell or abilities)

Tested in a clean game with Healing Salve, Divine Offering on Ankh of Mishra and Knight of Meadowgrain

Once requirement of Fodder Launch done (target creature & sac a goblin), nor target creature and owner of target creature will get damage and Fodder Launch will stay in the bf as a permanent.

Describe the Bug:
If AI has Kismet in play and player has an Evoke creature in hand and begin to cast it then cancel it, the card will be returned tapped and even highlighted it won't be castable until the end of the game

I completely redone the code and tested it myself. It works now

You mean, you couln't select them or you select them and they are not exiled ?

It seems something nasty is happened between the various patch to Challenge mode, I found the problem relating to this particular bug, but the whole matter needs a complete overhaul (the code is unnecessary complex).
I'm planning to do this, tweaking some stuff and adding some challenges, and this surely will screw something (probably you'll have to re-unlock some cards) but it's the only way I could fix the whole thing.
Probably you'll get the whole thing on next patch, stay tuned

In the window choices, if I select exile planeswalker nothing happen, if I select exile enchantment both enchantment and planeswalker are exiled
