I'm working on the Super Series logos, used as watermarks on the corresponding event promos. The Japan Junior logo has some Japanese lettering just under the hoop. Can somebody confirm if this is on the watermark or if it has been omitted? Also, what are the letters (In Japanese please)?
Secondly, does anybody have an image of the APAC Junior Series Logo?

That's just it - I can't find the Japan Junior logo in any better quality. And I can't find the APAC logo at all. Does anybody else have a source?orban wrote:I can tell you if you can find a larger copy.
It might say ジュニア・スーパーシリーズ, but it's really hard to tell.

If it isn't in the watermark, I don't really care. But if it is...

@orban - I'm not sure. I think your text has three long dash-like characters in it and the original text has only one, but like you said, it's hard to tell.
So two questions about the Japan Junior *foil watermark as it is printed on the cards*:
A) Does it have Japanese text under the hoop? What is the text?
B) Does it have an outline around the logo, as below
From the scans I've seen I'd guess no, but I know at different angles, sometimes things disappear.

Thanks. Oh and by outline I mean the thin white outline around the logo as a whole, not the blue outline. I'm assuming from your photo that the thin outline is not present. Did you end up winning the second English Elvish Champion I pm'd you?Nyth wrote:Here's a picture with additional light just so that you can see that there aren't any Japanese letters translating the logo in the watermark. It is just the English lettering.
Also, you can see the thick outlining of the letters.2013-03-27 00.56.47.jpg

The thin white outline is only around the star but not the "red" portion of the logo; whereas the thick blue outline of the words is present.
Didn't have the funds to go all out on the English Elvish Champion unfortunately... 2 kids and the need to move (again!) pretty soon is keeping me on my toes. I did manage to get a bunch of other promos instead including Naughty/Nice.

No text under the hoop... The text just spells out Japan Junior Tournament in Japanese but the watermark just has the English.

Has anyone gotten around to generating the Dragon's Maze Symbols yet?

As I have said before, I have a lot on my plate, and I cannot do all the symbols by myself. If another will help, it would be appreciated. I am willing to do symbols and watermarks which are not already provided by wizards. For many sets however, the official symbols are released in medium quality - downloadable after the set release - using Ark's Gatherer Downloader application.
