It's a global bug that affects all the "Seers" from Urza's Legacy. It's fixed now.

Describe the Bug:
When Marker Beetles dies gives:
1- a +1/+1 counter while it should only boost power by +1/+1
2- the counter remains throughout the game
Which card did behave improperly ?

Tested with combat damage, instant and sorcery with no avail.

Describe the Bug:
When I cast Seshiro the Anointed, a pop-up error window appears, then ,when snakes I control deal combat damage to my opponent, Seishiro's triggered effect appears but I don't draw a card.
I've seen that this card was already fixed on september 2012 but it doesn't work for me.
