Miracle cards would trigger before Mulligan. I tested this with a deck full of miracle cards.

Description: Playing MM draft in Beta 1.4.1. Cast Death cloud for five while opponent was on four life and had four creatures in play. I was on around 8 life and had one creature in play. Neither of us had any cards in hand at the time

current SVN: When Stuffy Doll enters the Battlefield, no dialog is shown to chose a player. Instead, human (or possibly the player who cast the doll?) is chosen automatically. This worked fine in 1.4.0 and before.

The following constellation prevents that the game can be continued:
Play AEther Adept (targetting some enemy creature), then another creature (they must be the only two creatures on the whole battlefield now), then play Ghostly Flicker and target AEther Adept and the other creature. When the stack resolves, a creature has to be targetted for AEther Adept and as there is none, neither the OK nor cancel button can be clicked and the stack won't resolve further, the game is stuck.

Just grabbed a revcent Mac OSX snapshot (1.4.1 - r22012) and decided to give the Quest mode a try since I haven't in ages (mostly draft) and all seemed well then it got to the point where every time I win a 2nd duel to take the match the game crashes making it unusable now (no matter how I win, mill, life, etc) I win the match it crashes every time now, here is the last crash report:

Quest world makes no difference. Since my previous report I've tried to start a new quest in Shandalar, same result.

if Sword of the Meek returns to the Battlefield as a Creature because an 1/1 Creature enters the Battlefield while March of the Machines is on the Field it does not Trigger the effect of Genesis Chamber
if an Ceature with Modular 1 like Arcbound Worker enters the Battlefield, Sword of the Meek does not return to the Battlefield.
if a sorcery with Storm like Grapeshot is imprinted in Spellweaver Helix and the other sorcery is played it does not trigger the Storm ability of the imprinted Card
