Fixed both bugs, the second is a global one and affects all creatures with Graft.

Describe the Bug:
In the attached save, activating the "tap to throw" ability of Surestrike Trident causes an immediate crash.
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Don't know if the bug is similar to Kazandu tuskcaller or global effect mana cost fixed so posted it in case of.

I have tested choosing 3 cards from Exile zone and then I had 4 cards in Library the last card of the library doesn't get exiled.

Breaking cannot be cast if there is no cards in all gy and UG available, it will only be castable if the full Fuse mana requirement is met (4UB)

Describe the Bug:
The Elvish Hunter ability (which is supposed to prevent the affected creature from untapping during its controller's next untap phase) wears off at the end of the turn; this prevents it from working most of the time. It's supposed to last until the creature's controller's next untap phase.

It's a global bug on effect that doesn't-make-untap-at-next-untap-step that was supposed to be fixed in may and june patch, so it will need to be checked again next patch.
